I'm not giving up on you...

This week's weigh in...

306.2

Up .2 lbs since last weigh in, which is not a big deal.

I readily admit I have been REALLY bad about tracking and keeping up with the gym. The prince and I are trying to get back on track, but easier said than done. It seems like every time we try to get back into a pattern, something else blows up.

Like...me getting sick.




Measurements don't look too bad though.

Neck: 17.25        -.25
Chest: 46.5         +1
Waist: 49.5         -2.25
Hips:  52             -3.25
Bicep:
L:   18     +.25           R: 18.25    +.25
Forearm:
L:  12.5     -.25          R:  12.5     +.5
Thigh:
L:  30    +.75             R: 31        +1
Calf:
L:   21.25     -.25       R: 21        +.5

Not nearly as much green as I'd like to see, but I'm glad to see inches coming off of my hips and waist.

I figured out what part of the problem has been as far as actually dropping weight. What days I did track, I was doubling my exercise by accident.
Cronometer connects to my Pebble via Google Fit. I was used to having to manually enter my workouts into Weight Watchers, so I'd do that, not realizing that Google Fit had already made that update. So I was likely eating far more calories than I needed. Now that I've got that figured out, I can move forward.

Hopefully this next week goes better.
