And so begins another weigh-in day.
303.2
It IS another .1 lb down, but kind of a let down after the past few weeks of progress.
I'm going to go ahead and blame it on mother nature making me retain water. Because I've actually been really good lately. I'm staying within my Weight Watchers point limits (a LOT easier with adding Fit Points into the mix). And apparently Indian food is VERY low point (as well as being delicious).
My prince mentions in his latest post (TTBGOALY) that he's noticing his jeans being more roomy and being able to wear a smaller shirt. I haven't really noticed such a change for me yet. Then again, I deliberately bought my clothes to be a little roomy anyway.
I'd LIKE to start May off by beginning weight training, but first I need to come up with the $100 to sign up for NerdFitness (the program my prince uses). I've tried looking online for other weight training programs for women, but most of them keep trying to push the same thing: low weight, high rep or workouts for spot 'toning' (you know the ones, 15 exercises to get rid of that belly!). Studies have already shown that spot toning is nonsense and low weight high rep is what bodybuilders use to BULK UP.
I want to look like this:
NOT THIS:
