Remember what I said a few posts ago about stress eating?
Its a bigger problem than I had implied. I'm an emotional eater...period.
Stressing out over exams/project/work/life? Cheer self up with a favorite treat!
Feeling sad because of a personal tragedy or depression? Comfort food.
Celebrating something good? Hey! Lets go out to eat/I'll bake something to celebrate!
Did something/someone make you mad? Better calm down with more comfort food.
So yeah...that's generally been my week. As a result, I've gone WAY off plan, and have been struggling to get back on it. A recent weigh-in showed that while I haven't LOST any weight, I also haven't GAINED any. Thankfully I haven't completely screwed up what little progress I've made so far.
Thankfully, my prince had a solution. We recently joined our local YMCA (yay pool!), and took time today to go workout/swim like we've been saying we were going to for over a month. A fresh start.

I didn't get as much time as I would have liked due to a work get-together, but it's a good start. I was able to get through the day without going hellaciously over my points.
Let's do it again tomorrow! And later this week I'll have an update with my current weight and measurements.
