Even Miracles Take A Little Time


Today is measurement and weigh-in! And I'm actually rather happy about making this post.

So to recap, I started out:



Weight: 307.6 lbs

Neck: 18.5"
Chest: 47"
Waist: 52.5"
Hips: 54.5"
Biceps:
 L: 17.75"  
 R: 17.75"
Forearms:
 L: 13"  
 R: 12.5"
Thighs:
L: 32"  
R: 29.75"
Calves:
 L: 22.25" 
 R:22.75"

As of this morning, I'm:

Weight: 304 lbs  -3.6

Measurements:
Neck: 17.5"     -1
Chest: 46"       -1
Waist: 50.5"    -2
Hips: 52.75"    -1.75
Biceps:
 L: 17.5"         -.25
 R: 17.25"       -.5
Forearms:
 L: 13"             0

Not gonna lie, I love seeing that much red. I'm losing inches pretty evenly along my torso, and evening out along my arms and legs. I still have a long way to go, but this is a great way to start!

I feel pretty, oh so pretty

My prince and I have been hitting the Y pretty much every day this week. Half an hour on the elliptical, followed by half an hour in the pool. After a few more weeks of cardio, I'm going to start weight training with the prince. There's a system he uses called Nerd Fitness that helps create a custom weight routine based on your current capabilities.

Gods I hope there's a level 0.

We keep successfully dragging or at least attempting to drag our sidekick along. Let me clarify: he signed up for the Y with us of his own volition, wanting to become more active (plus, pool). The prince and I are merely holding him to that by kidnapping him whenever we go.
